Susannah Miskell grew up on Shelburne Farms, a 1,400-acre farm education center in Vermont. Susannah has traditional work values instilled in her from a young age. She's worked in the landscape garden field for the past 10 years. Susannah completed a farm to pharmacy program at Goldthread Farm, in Conway, MA and has extensive medicinal herb garden knowledge and experience. She is passionate about working in the natural environment and experienced in helping gardens to reach their highest potential.

Damien Flores has over 20 years of experience working in the landscape and garden field. Growing up on a small permaculture farm in Carmel, New York, hard work and holistic sensibilities were part of his upbringing. He studied social ecology at Goddard College. After working for non-profits and farm based learning programs, he pursued studies in horticulture and landscape design at Naugatuck Valley College and College of the Atlantic in Bar Harbor, ME. He has been designing in the Berkshires for over 10 years.
